Who can use this
- According to the McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Act, homeless children are defined as those lacking a stable and adequate nighttime residence, which includes various living situations such as sharing housing due to loss of a home, residing in motels or shelters, and living in cars or public spaces.
