Who can use this
- Vacancies are filled from a waitlist, and to be eligible, households must earn a gross income at or below 80% of the HUD area median income. Each unit is designated for a particular income bracket and may have additional requirements. When selected to apply for a vacancy, all adults in the household need to confirm their identity, income, and assets, as well as undergo a background check.
