Who can use this
- Applicants for homeownership must fill out an application. Buyers should earn less than 120% of the area median income while having sufficient income to cover mortgage, taxes, insurance, and other housing expenses. Typically, applicants need to demonstrate good credit and stable income. Housing costs should not exceed 35% of household income, and total debt must remain below 40% of income. Post-closing assets must not surpass $300,000, and homeowners are required to reside in their homes.
