About this resource
This initiative delivers community-focused outreach, intake, assessment, and linkage to services, along with, when suitable, extensive case management and recovery support services. It caters to both adults and youth facing substance use disorders.
Intake Procedure: Engage with the local program. Generally, clients are referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, but all types of referrals are welcome.
Fees: No charges apply.

- Individuals, both youth and adults, struggling with substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health issues.
