This program offers support for paying utility bills for customers of Puget Sound Energy (PSE) or Cascade Natural Gas.
Intake Process: Schedule an appointment by calling or visiting the website.
Cost: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- PSE Help program • Applicants must be customers of Puget Sound Energy (PSE) with an account at their current residence, have their name on the account, possess a valid photo ID, and have an income at or below 80% of the area median income. LIHEAP program • Applicants must be U.S. citizens or qualified aliens (Note: Children under 1 year old are exempt from citizenship checks. Households with both citizens and non-citizens can apply for LIHEAP.) and have an income at or below 150% of the federal poverty level. CNG WEAF program • Applicants must be customers of Cascade Natural Gas (CNG) with an account at their current residence, have their name on the account, and have an income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
