About this resource
Delivers a tailored program that integrates medication and behavioral therapy utilizing Buprenorphine and Naltrexone. Participants must qualify for Medicaid and have a diagnosis of both mental health and substance use disorders.
Intake Process: Contact for further details. A substance use assessment and drug screening are required, along with a 48-72 hour period free from opioids.
Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid).

- Adults aged 18 and over in Kitsap County who qualify for WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and have a diagnosis of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
