About this resource
This program provides long-term residential accommodations and short-term transitional and stabilization services for individuals experiencing severe psychosocial difficulties. Enrollment in the KMHS outpatient program is a prerequisite.
Intake Procedure: Individuals must enroll in outpatient treatment via KMHS and coordinate placement with a treatment coordinator.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older with behavioral health challenges who are enrolled in KMHS outpatient services.
