About this resource
This program offers nutritional assistance to seniors aged 50 and above who are unable to prepare their own meals due to being homebound from illness or disability.
Intake Procedure: Referrals can be made by individuals, family, friends, healthcare providers, and various agencies. For further details, please call.
Fees: A suggested minimum contribution of $5 per meal is requested.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants are seniors aged 50 and older who anticipate being homebound temporarily (up to six weeks) due to recent hospital stays, nursing home admissions, or serious health issues, subject to funding and eligibility criteria.
