About this resource

This program provides housing and support services to assist homeless veterans in transitioning back to a more conventional lifestyle. To qualify, applicants must have an Honorable or General discharge, maintain sobriety, and have no record of violent or sexual offenses. The rent is set at 30% of the individual's income.

Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should contact the local office or seek a referral from the Federal VA Medical Center's Homeless Liaison Officer.

Fees: Rent is 30% of income.

Who can use this

  • To be eligible, applicants must have served in any branch of the US Armed Forces and received an Honorable or General Under Honorable Conditions discharge, along with being clean and sober for at least 30 days without a history of violent or sexual offenses.
