This program provides a 20-year, interest-free deferred loan for homeowners in Kitsap County, excluding Bremerton city limits.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be downloaded from the website or picked up at the Housing Kitsap office.
Fees: There are no fees associated with the application.
Who can use this
- To qualify, applicants must adhere to low income standards, possess home equity, and have resided in their home for a minimum of one year.
