This program provides monthly financial assistance to both adults and children with disabilities whose income and resources fall below designated financial thresholds. In Washington, an extra state supplement is available, and participants automatically qualify for Medicaid and food assistance.
Application Process: Interested individuals can either call to set up an appointment at a local office or submit an application online. When applying for SSI, candidates will be given the option to apply for food benefits, choosing between the Basic Food Benefits plan or the WASHCAP (Washington State Combined Application Program).

Who can use this
