• To qualify, income must not exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), and countable resources should be $14,100 or less for individuals, or $28,150 or less for married couples living together. Certain assets like primary residences, life insurance policies, burial plots, vehicles in use, and specific distributions from Alaska Native Corporations are excluded from countable resources.
