About this resource
This service provides nursing visits at home or in the office for health assessments, referrals, and education until the baby is two months old. Additionally, it includes case management for qualifying infants up to one year of age.
Intake Procedure: You can either call or visit in person.
Fees: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant women, new mothers, and infants covered by WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
