About this resource
This initiative supports low-income homeowners in addressing vital home repairs that promote health and safety. The types of repairs covered include roofs, windows, exterior doors, gutters, siding, steps, ramps, walkways, driveways, landscaping, junk removal, and exterior painting.

Fees: A one-time program fee of $50 applies to Minor Home Repairs per project. Critical Home Repairs may incur a deferred, 0% loan for the expenses incurred. Homeowners with a reverse mortgage or those owning a manufactured home on leased land will face a one-time fee of $100 per project instead of a loan.
Who can use this
- Eligible homeowners reside in South Seattle, Central District, White Center, Skyway/Bryn Mawr, Renton, Bellevue (must apply directly to the City of Bellevue), Glendale, Federal Way, and all of Kittitas County, with household incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. Repairs must focus on health and safety or home preservation, and emergency repairs are not covered.
