About this resource
Kittitas County provides marriage licenses and certified copies of Marriage Certificates. There is a three-day waiting period before the licenses become valid, and they must be used within 60 days.
Intake Procedure: Both individuals need to be present and show a photo ID. If one of the parties is 17 years old, they must obtain parental consent.
Fees: The fee for the license is $39, payable by cash or check, and should be acquired at least three days prior to use. The license remains valid for 60 days.
