This program aids the income of residents in Washington state, including those who are legal immigrants, by offering food benefits. The monthly benefits depend on the household size, income levels, and living costs. Additionally, it provides vouchers to compensate for food lost during significant disasters.
Intake Procedure: To apply, individuals can call, visit the website, or go to any Community Services Office (CSO) to get an application. After submitting an online or paper application, applicants will receive a letter detailing interview requirements. It is necessary to provide a Social Security number for each person listed on the application. Applications must be submitted by December 19, 2024, to receive assistance for food lost in the latest disaster.

Who can use this
- To qualify, individuals must reside in Washington state and meet specific income, resource, and citizenship or alien status criteria, with income not exceeding 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
