Application Process: Interested individuals can either call to apply or complete a pre-application online. For more information, a phone call is recommended.
Costs: Families who meet the income criteria will not incur any fees.

- Focuses on children and families with the greatest needs, including those with low income, disabilities, or who are foster or homeless. While a referral is not mandatory, it can aid in the qualification process.
