Who can use this
- Families with children aged birth to 18 who have a chronic health condition, regardless of their financial situation. Conditions may include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Asthma, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome (Trisomy 21), Cleft Lip and/or Palate, Cystic Fibrosis, Prematurity, Gross/Fine Motor Delays, Speech/Language Delays, and Social/Emotional Delays.
