About this resource
This service provides both in-person and online consultations with licensed behavioral health specialists covering a range of topics including anxiety and depression reduction, family and parenting management, relationship enhancement, stress relief, sleep improvement, healthy habit development, coping with illness or injury, substance use issues, and grief management.

Costs: Fees vary based on the service. We accept OHP, Medicare, and private insurance, and offer a sliding scale discount for those without insurance.
