Brindlewood Apartments
Community Resource
About this resource
This program offers HUD-subsidized housing for families, where rent is determined at 30% of the household's income. The rent includes utilities such as water, sewer, and garbage, while tenants are responsible for their electric bills. There is a waitlist for units with 2 or more bedrooms, and applications for 1-bedroom units are not being accepted due to an extensive waitlist.
Intake Procedure: For more details, please call or email. You can also obtain an application at the office to join the waitlist if you qualify.
Fees: Rent is calculated based on 30% of gross income.
