Intake Procedure: To apply for services, call and provide the receptionist with essential details such as payment information and the purpose of your call. A personal meeting will subsequently be arranged.

Fees: The cost of services varies based on the requested services and medical insurance. WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and private insurance are accepted, and a sliding scale fee is available based on individual financial situations.
