About this resource
Paratransit Bus Service caters to individuals with disabilities who are unable to access or utilize standard bus services. It offers door-to-door transportation as well as feeder services to accessible bus routes. An application is necessary to join.
Intake Procedure: For first-time riders, it is essential to reach out to Twin Transit to fill out an application and have an interview with the Paratransit Coordinator. To schedule rides, eligible clients must make an appointment by 4 PM the day before their trip. For trips on Mondays or Saturdays, scheduling must be completed by the previous Friday at 4 PM.
Fees: A monthly paratransit pass costs $25.00, while a daily pass is priced at $4.00, with no discounts offered.
Who can use this
- Individuals who cannot use fixed route services due to mobility issues or physical limitations in reaching stops.
