This program provides job development and job search support for individuals who possess specific skills and have some work experience.
Intake Process: Clients need a referral from a vocational counselor. If they lack a referral source or are uncertain about whom to contact, they can reach out to Morningside for assistance.
Costs: Most individuals requiring these services are covered by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). The program collaborates with potential clients to determine if they can assist. If they are unable to help and the client is receiving Social Security benefits, they will implement an incentive plan to manage service costs effectively.
