Intake Process: Contact during business hours and, if possible, arrange a meeting with a caseworker. After a disaster, Red Cross emergency aid is accessible 24/7 by following the prompts for after-hours assistance during the call.

Who can use this
- Aims to support victims of natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and fires who cannot fulfill their immediate needs due to the disaster using their own resources. Assistance is not provided for non-disaster-related requests like transportation, utilities, or rent.
