About this resource
This service delivers frozen meals to seniors who cannot leave their homes to shop and have difficulty making nutritious meals. The meals are designed with the dietary requirements of older adults in mind.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for an assessment to establish eligibility, select a menu, and set up a delivery schedule.
Fees: There is no cost for the frozen meals, but a contribution of $3 per meal is suggested.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 60 and above who cannot leave their homes to shop and have trouble preparing healthy meals. Additional criteria may apply; please call for details.
