About this resource

This service takes in 911 calls and sends out the necessary law enforcement, fire, and medical teams. It also manages non-emergency public safety requests for assistance.

Intake Procedure: You can call for help or send a text if calling is not an option. For issues that do not constitute a 9-1-1 emergency, please use the non-emergency line. An example of this could be someone requesting a welfare check from a different location. Additionally, many police departments provide online reporting for incidents such as property crimes.

Fees: There are no charges for this service.
