About this resource
This initiative provides nutritional support and educational resources for low-income pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, infants, and children under the age of five. Families typically receive benefits valued at approximately $150 per month for two members. During the summer months, participants may also obtain extra vouchers for farmers markets.

Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who meet or fall below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutrition-related risk are eligible. This includes pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, and infants or children under five. Those receiving Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) are also considered income-eligible.
