About this resource
This program provides nutritional support and education aimed at low-income pregnant individuals, new parents, infants, and children under the age of five. Monthly benefits are approximately $150 for a family of two, and during the summer months, participants can obtain extra vouchers for farmers markets.

Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who meet or fall below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and face a nutrition risk are eligible, including pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, and children under five. Those receiving Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or TANF are also considered income-eligible.
