About this resource
This program provides support to low-income individuals enrolled in Medicare by helping them with their premiums for Medicare Part A and Part B. Additionally, DSHS covers co-pays and deductibles for beneficiaries with very limited income.
To apply, you can call, check the website, or visit any Community Service Office (CSO).
There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who are Medicare recipients and have an income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance. For Part B premium help, income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, while Part A assistance is available to disabled individuals with incomes at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
