Eligibility criteria include household size, income, and an energy burden of 6% or more, which refers to the percentage of annual income spent on home energy. A one-time credit of $325 is available on the PUD 3 electric bill for those who apply for the Low-Income Energy Assistance Grant and fulfill all eligibility and verification criteria. Individuals currently benefiting from PUD 3’s Low-Income Senior Discount or Low-Income Disabled Discount cannot apply.
