About this resource
This initiative provides permanent supportive housing for single adult veterans who are homeless, situated in a 30-unit tiny-home community with access to on-site supportive services. It emphasizes a recovery-oriented, clean, and sober living atmosphere.
Intake Process: Referrals are processed through Coordinated Entry. Interested individuals should call for screening. Enrollment does not ensure referral or placement.

Who can use this
- Single adult veterans facing chronic homelessness in Mason County must have verified veteran status, a documented disability, and meet HUD's criteria for chronic homelessness. Monthly income should not exceed 50% of the Area Median Income for Mason County ($2,679.17). Previous housing voucher recipients must be in good standing with their former housing agency. The program is ideal for those seeking a clean and sober environment. Individuals with sex offender status, methamphetamine manufacturing convictions, violent criminal convictions in the last 3 years, or any criminal convictions within the past 12 months are ineligible.
