Who can use this

  • To qualify, participants must reside in Okanogan, Chelan, or Douglas County and fulfill the following criteria: have completed at least one day of active duty, not have a dishonorable discharge, be low-income per program standards, be homeless or at risk of homelessness, not currently enrolled in another SSVF Program, be capable of securing housing except for a barrier that the SSVF Program can help with, be willing to engage in solution-finding, and provide documentation of veteran status and income verification (e.g., pay stubs) or agree to self-certify as homeless.
