Okanogan County Government Auditor Office

Marriage licenses and certified copies of Marriage Certificates are provided in Okanogan County. There is a three-day waiting period before the licenses become valid, and they must be utilized within 60 days.

Application Process: Both individuals must be present to apply for the license; if in-person application is not feasible, you can request an application from the Okanogan County Auditor's Office, and your signatures on the completed form must be notarized. The three-day waiting period starts the day after you apply and concludes on the third day after the application. The license is valid for 60 days and can only be used within the State of Washington.

Fees: A fee of $56 is required for marriage licenses at the time of application, and only cash or money orders are accepted.
