Intake Process: A home visit and intake assessment are required for non-clients. Transportation must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to the needed service.
Fees: For private pay clients, the charge is an hourly rate of $44 plus the IRS mileage rate; contact for confirmation of fees and additional information. The service accepts WA Apple Health Medicaid clients who have been referred by the state; further details can be obtained by calling.
