About this resource
This program runs a food pantry where local residents can choose their needed items and offers government-supplied food to low-income seniors aged 60 and above.
Intake Procedure: Individuals need to fill out an intake form either on-site or download it from the website in advance. After registration, clients receive a card for check-in at any participating food pantry in the network.
Fees: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Applicants must self-declare that their household income is at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (after taxes) and that they require food assistance, without needing to provide income verification. The commodity supplemental food program is specifically for seniors aged 60 and older with incomes below 130% of the Federal Poverty Level.
