Participants engage in healthy lifestyle modifications aimed at preventing Type 2 diabetes. Experienced lifestyle coaches facilitate classes that assist participants in making healthier food selections, enhancing physical activity levels, and acquiring coping strategies for weight management.

Fees: The cost for the series varies; scholarships are available. Some insurance providers may cover the cost, and flexible spending account funds can be utilized for reimbursement.
Who can use this
- Adults aged 18 and older who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or are at an elevated risk of developing type 2 diabetes based on blood test results.
