Who can use this
- According to the McKinney-Vento Homeless Act, families or students in specific situations qualify as homeless and are entitled to special rights: *living in a shelter, motel, vehicle, or campground *on the street, in a 24-hour restaurant, or at a bus station *displaced by natural or human-made disasters (flood, earthquake, fire) *residing in a motel, abandoned building, trailer, or other inadequate housing *staying with friends or relatives due to the lack of affordable housing *"couch surfing" *teenagers living independently.
