About this resource
This initiative provides health screenings, nutrition education, vouchers for specific nutritious foods, breastfeeding assistance, and connections to other health and social services for women who are pregnant or parenting children up to the age of 5.

Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant and postpartum women, as well as infants and children under 5 years old, with an income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level.
