This program offers assessments for substance use, educational resources, intensive outpatient care, weekly outpatient treatment, case management support, and coordination for inpatient services, including options for co-occurring disorders and telehealth on a case-by-case basis.
Intake Procedure: You can either walk in or call to schedule an assessment, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
