To apply, you can complete an Assessment online, request assistance over the phone, or visit a State Individual Assistance Service Center in person, located at Spokane: 33rd East Lincoln Road, Suite 203, open daily from 10am to 7pm.

There are no fees associated with this service.

Who can use this

Applicants must reside in an eligible county or Tribal nation, including Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Okanogan, Spokane, Stevens, or Yakima counties, or lands of the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation, Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, or Spokane Tribe of Indians, and their primary residence must have suffered significant damage or been destroyed due to the disaster, with household income at or below 80% of HUD Area Median Income (AMI) based on household size.
