About this resource
This program provides financial assistance to low-income Medicare recipients for their Medicare Part A and Part B premiums. Additionally, DSHS covers co-pays and deductibles for Medicare beneficiaries with very limited income.
Application Process: Interested individuals can apply by calling, visiting the website, or going to any Community Service Office (CSO).
Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who are Medicare recipients and have incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance; those seeking Part B premium support must be at or below 135%, while Part A assistance is available to individuals with disabilities at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
