The program offers two categories of repair services: Home Modifications and Critical Repairs. Applications are accepted year-round, and services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Who can use this

To qualify for the program, a household must own their home, reside in the service area of Pierce County, be current on property taxes and mortgage payments, have a low income (50% gross AMI based on household size), and include a senior, a person with a disability, or a child under 18.
