Who can use this
- Residents of Washington state who earn at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutrition risk are eligible. This includes pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, breastfeeding or chestfeeding parents, and children under 5. Income eligibility is also met if applicants receive Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or TANF.
