This service provides a variety of behavioral health support for children, youth, and adults. It encompasses assessments, case management for both adults and children, relapse prevention, monthly monitoring, aftercare, intensive outpatient treatment, and individual counseling. Additionally, this location provides ADIS Classes.
Intake Process: Contact to arrange an appointment.
Fees: Accepts Apple Health (Medicaid) or private insurance and offers a sliding scale for fees.
