About this resource
This initiative provides in-home visits from a team of licensed nurses, counselors, and dietitians to assist low-income or at-risk pregnant women who encounter obstacles to maintaining a healthy pregnancy. It includes counseling, educational resources, and connections to additional support services.
Intake Process: Interested individuals can call or apply online for assistance.
Cost: There are no charges for eligible participants who are enrolled in Washington State Medicaid insurance.
Who can use this
- The program is available to pregnant women aged 14 and older, as well as women with children under one year old, who are enrolled in Washington State Medicaid insurance, primarily in Pierce, King, Thurston, and Snohomish Counties.
