About this resource
This initiative provides nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance to pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of five who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants receive monthly food benefits and can also obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call to schedule an appointment. Applicants are required to undergo a nutrition assessment to evaluate their nutritional risk.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals, new parents, breastfeeding parents, infants, and children under five who have an income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and reside in Washington state, without inquiries about citizenship or immigration status.
