Cost: No fees.
Who can use this
- Families or unaccompanied minors without a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, such as those living in hotels, motels, vehicles, parks, public areas, abandoned structures, bus or train stations, transitional housing, emergency shelters, or those doubled up with others due to housing loss or lack of affordable options, as well as students not living with parents or guardians and lacking permanent housing.
