This initiative supports Tacoma residents with moderate or low income by providing financial assistance for the repair or replacement of malfunctioning home components. Loan amounts range from $15,000 to $60,000.
To apply, individuals should call or email for further details or to obtain an application. Residents located within the city limits, specifically east of Pacific Ave, may need to reach out to Pierce County's program instead. Funding is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Applicants must reside in the City of Tacoma, own their home (homes for sale are excluded), and have an income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income; current income guidelines can be found on the website.
