Who can use this
- To qualify, applicants must be first-time homebuyers (not having owned a home in the last 3 years), and the purchased home must serve as their primary residence. Participation in a free Homebuyer Education Seminar sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission is required, along with a certificate of completion. Additionally, household income must not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income. Check the website for the latest guidelines.
