About this resource
This program provides home visitation case management based on evidence for pregnant and newly parenting women struggling with substance use disorders. It assists clients in obtaining alcohol, drug, and mental health treatment while connecting them to other community resources.
Intake Procedure: Contact for screening.
Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
Who can use this
- Women who are pregnant or within 24 months postpartum and have a history of heavy alcohol/drug use or have taken Methadone or Suboxone during pregnancy may qualify. Eligibility also includes those with a child diagnosed with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) or those currently using substances within their childbearing years.
